Biometrid Packages

Install Biometrid SDKs from packages.biometrid.com. Packages are grouped by organization; every URL below contains the organization name.

Organizations

Public organizations need no credentials. Private organizations need a token issued by Biometrid (see Private access).

npm

Scoped packages (@biometrid/*)

Add to the project .npmrc:

@biometrid:registry=https://packages.biometrid.com/api/packages/web/npm/
npm install @biometrid/full-web-sdk

A scope maps to one organization. To use the UAT builds, point the scope to web-uat instead.

Unscoped packages

npm install face01-web-wrapper --registry https://packages.biometrid.com/api/packages/face01-liveness/npm/

Maven / Gradle

Gradle (settings.gradle or build.gradle):

repositories {
    maven { url "https://packages.biometrid.com/api/packages/mobile/maven" }
}

dependencies {
    implementation "com.biometrid:biometridfull:3.1.1"
}

Maven (pom.xml):

<repositories>
  <repository>
    <id>biometrid-mobile</id>
    <url>https://packages.biometrid.com/api/packages/mobile/maven</url>
  </repository>
</repositories>

CocoaPods

Add the organization's spec repository to the Podfile, before the CocoaPods CDN:

source 'https://packages.biometrid.com/mobile/Specs.git'
source 'https://cdn.cocoapods.org/'

target 'MyApp' do
  pod 'BiometridFull'
end

Spec repositories exist for biometrid, biometrid-legacy, face01-liveness, mobile and mobile-test.

Swift Package Manager

Requires Swift 5.9 or later. Register the organization's registry once per machine:

swift package-registry set https://packages.biometrid.com/api/packages/mobile/swift

Then, in Package.swift:

dependencies: [
    .package(id: "biometrid.BiometridFull", from: "3.2.0")
]

Direct download

Zips, frameworks and other files:

https://packages.biometrid.com/api/packages/<org>/generic/<name>/<version>/<file>
curl -LO https://packages.biometrid.com/api/packages/mobile/generic/BiometridFullDemo/3.1.2---iOS/BiometridFullDemo.zip

PyPI

Python packages are only available in private organizations:

pip install --index-url https://<user>:<token>@packages.biometrid.com/api/packages/<org>/pypi/simple/ <package>

Private access

Biometrid issues a user and a token for each customer with access to private organizations. Use the same URLs as above, adding the credentials:

FormatCredentials
npm.npmrc: //packages.biometrid.com/api/packages/<org>/npm/:_authToken=<token>
Gradlemaven { url "..."; credentials { username "<user>"; password "<token>" } }
Maven~/.m2/settings.xml: <server> with the repository id, <user> and <token>
CocoaPods / Swift PM~/.netrc: machine packages.biometrid.com login <user> password <token>
Direct downloadcurl -u <user>:<token> ...
Keep tokens out of source control. In CI, store them as secret variables.
